Module cellCommands: Determines whether or not the cell is allowed to included the hardcoded default DNS in its fallback list. No arguments lists the current setting. The default is YES. This command will be rejected while the cell engine is running if it has arguments present (i.e. you can list but not change the value while the cell is on).
